Dolores Minogue, Cathaoirleach of Louth County Council to officially launch the strategy. On the morning we also heard from Cllr. Liam Reilly, Chairman, Louth LCDC, Mr. Frank O’Brien, Chairperson Louth Leader Partnership and Mr. Andrew Forde, Dept. of Rural & Community Development.
